That was among the more impressive performances, correct? Not that reps have a great deal to do wth the draft status, but I can see a lot of people shocked by how high a guy like Nico Sacchetti goes. Red Line has him picked in the first round by the Blues.

No wonder Bob McKenzie seems so high on Brandon Sutter, he seems to be in really great shape..

Wondering if the Bench Press moves Katic up a couple of spots in the scouts minds- really like for him to go top 30, but seems more like between 45-60. I'm rooting for ya Mark :)

BTW, those with Concussions, does that have a big impact on where teams draft them? I would think that would hurt their chances-is this why a number don't like Espo going so high(2 concussion in 2006)?

That body fat percentage could hurt Voracek. If he has that much fat he can't be that fit.

Not necessarily, these kids are still young. A lot of people are just built like that, especially at a young age. It's something I have always called "farm strong" just because many kids that I knew that spent their early life on farms were incredibly strong but had a hefty layer of fat on their body.

Voracek will turn a lot of that fat into muscle when he starts working out with an NHL team.

Too bad... Fat and muscle are completly unrelated tissues and we can't turn them into each other...

I could see guys with exceptional hand-eye coord possibly gaining a few spots in the draft since it could be a deciding factor. You can't really train that as easily as you can train fitness to a player.

The guys that already had multiple concussions may see an effect in their draft ranking? There have been too many cases of career-ending concussions around the NHL lately to completely ignore the factor...

I really don't think Voracek's baby fat will hurt him much come friday. I still think he's highly likely to go top 6.

I don't think it will hurt Voracek either, but I'm sure it caught more than one scout's attention.
