    Vancouver: 5 Medals: 3G, 2S
    Toronto: 4 Medals: 2G, 1S, 1B
    Dallas: 4 Medals: 4S
    Nashville: 4 Medals: 1S, 3B
    Tampa Bay: 3 Medals: 1G, 2B (+1S)
    Buffalo: 3 Medals: 2S, 1B
    Aneheim: 2 Medals: 1G, 1S
    Minnesota: 2 Medals: 1G, 1S
    Philidelphia: 2 Medals: 1G, 1S
    Ottawa: 2 Medals: 1G, 1B
    Colorado: 2 Medals: 1S, 1B
    Montreal: 2 Medals: 1S, 1B
    Edmonton: 2 Medals: 2B
    Atlanta: 1 Medal: 1G
    Boston:1 Medal: 1G

    Carolina: 1 Medal: 1B
    New Jersey: 1 Medal: 1B
    Calgary: 0 Medals
    Chicago: 0 Medals
    Columbus: 0 Medals
    Islanders: 0 Medals
    L.A.: 0 Medals
    Pheonix: 0 Medals
    Pittsburgh: 0 Medals
    San Jose: 0 Medals

*Medals in prentices are those for the the team's prospects. I did not add them to the medal count though.

Correct me if any of these are wrong.

Red Wings:5 golds, 1 bronze. I think might have a silver too if prospect Fillipula played for Finland(not sure)

Oh and a "Participation' ribbon. Datsyuk and Russia in 4th.

Despite some solid individual performances from the Canadiens' players, they only managed to win two medals. Koivu won a silver, while Jan Bulis won a bronze.

5 now for Detroit, and two in SLC... Detroit has won the Cup the same year the last two Olympics.

Okay, so I'm confused. Do you or do you not get a medal if you don't play in the medal game?

Because otherwise Ottawa has 1G 1B (Alfie and Hasek).

I had assumed yes, but then there was something I saw on the ScoreTicker yesterday evening about Ohlund not getting a medal because he didn't play in the game and Kronwall was keeping the one he got... I thought it was strange, and perhaps I read it wrong.

Does someone have a link to clarify this?

    Minnesota +1S (M. Koivu)

Dallas has 4 silvers with Lehtinen, Hagman, Kapanen and Jokinen. Any Swedes or Czechs from Dallas?

Colorado should get a few with at least Laaksonen and Hejduk...

Nashville has at least 4 (0-1-3) with Timonen,Vokoun, Zidlicky and Erat...

At least Salo got one. Ohlund (I read somewhere) went back to Canada before the medals were handed out so that might be the reason he didn't get one if he didn't...

  16. add one for Forsberg.

Does Hasek not get a bronze medal, or do you have to play in a certain amount of games to qualify?

Since swedens second and third goalie got medals, why wouldn't Ohlund who played more games than them get one?

Sigh ---- somehow it meant more when Morrow won a gold medal and a Stanley cup in the same year.

What about Stefan Liv and Detroit? That would make six golds for Detroit

Stefan Liv plays for HV 71, not Detroit.

    But is a DET prospect.

COL has 2: 1 silver by Laaksonen and 1 bronze by Hejduk.

Ohlund should get one since Liv got one and only played in the first game for Sweden. Even if he doesn't get one,Kronwall has said that he will give Ohlund his because he feels he deserves it more.
