That whole third line looked real good today. It definitely had the Condra-Pageau-Lazar peskyness vibe. The forecheck was like northern Ontario during blackfly season.

I think McCormick is here to stay.

Keeps playing the way he has been and he is.
Good bottom 6er. Good on the forecheck. Seems to read the play and jump to the right spots. Aggressive. Good battler. Drop's em to defend himself or teammates.

I will list below the things I think Chiasson does as well or better.

We need to leave the lines alone now that something is fresh and working

The bottom six are finally on point. The Top 6 are as good as they can be with what we've got.

McCormick is a different feel from Condra on that line, but it seems to work.

Agreed.

I think you roll top 9:

Hoffman-Turris-Ryan
Milo-Zibby-Stone
McCormick-Pageau-Lazar

Only thing I fear is that 3rd line losing gas quickly against bigger players. Thus I wouldn't mind switching Pageau with Smith from time to time. That line looked effective too.

Just keep Lazar and McCormick on the wings together. Great energy and hustle from both of em.
