PO are over. Now, see what those talking heads on those shows say about Piece after loses to Miami and KC. KC, had a lead. Probably the turning point was 4th in the RZ and they opt for a FG which Carlsson missed. He's having a bad season for him. Raiders needed to be aggressive there and try to get the 4th and 1. Put KC on their heels if they could.

LV, really, it's a mess. Especially when you see the guys on rookie deals that the raiders passed over. Like Darrisaw at OT instead of Leatherwood.

Multiple needs going forward on the OL, DL both edge and interior unless the staff truly believes the off season injury to Wilson really set him back. LB as well. If all are healthy ok at WR and CB to start but need depth. RB probably as well need help. Question is how much damage is there remaining on the guys the prior regime brought in that won’t fit a new regime?

That's the drawback of being in a "fun" city. Have to make sure the players you bring in can handle that environment. Not convinced that the organization could keep Carter in check. Ruggs, Arnette, Hobbs also with a DUI or something in the same season as Ruggs.

Have to be extra thorough when it comes to bringing in players. LV is a fun city and sunny during the season. More chances to get in trouble if you don’t have your head on straight.
Need to establish a solid base of players before you even think of adding a red flag type guy.
