Where are all the people who were whining yesterday about the Leafs not hiring anybody with experience? Babcock hired and Guy Boucher possibly on the way as an assistant.

Finally something to be excited about in Leafland. Long way to go before we're respectable again but this is a nice start.

Not as ecstatic as I thought I would be. While it is good news, it is certainly not the magic bullet many will think it is.

I am happy but will babcock agree to a slow rebuild?
By this I mean getting id of phaneuf and Kessel?
If not I am not sure if I am happy.
But he is here for long term, 8 years...
Maybe he is on with the rebuild?
