Might as well hire John Terry cause all the players are too young to be married

Rejected by Hoeness

Surely by this point any manager who's actually highly regarded isn't even going to countenance this farce? They're only going to get failures on the rebound (just imagine Ten Hag getting it) or old people who want their pension topped up by having a year's holiday (get Big Sam imo). Can't say they don't deserve it.

Should have just kept Potter if they were going to get desperate for a manager who had zero say in anything and could just be a lackey within 12 months

Back to the guys with Potter’s CV

Might end up being Villas-Boas 2.0
I mean Chelsea are just going to do with what Chelsea does and find the hottest name. If it doesn’t work out they will try again until it works and take credit for being a genius if it works out. Been saying it for years. This is what they do.

And the crazy thing is their buy wonder kid and pray strategy would benefit from some continuity, but instead they are going to keep looking for perceived upgrade# even when they don’t have to. But it’ll probably eventually work because that’s Chelsea.
