Surprised we won with Vallin/Niemelä/Eminger being in the lineup all season. All of those were worse than Niiinimaa with the national team.

I have much better feeling about KalPa and next season now that Virta is back, S. Kapanen leaves the rinks.. times may chance again.

Toni Kähkönen rumoured to Leksand for 14/15. Desribed as a physical player with good defensive game and a good shot, can score some points too. Is this correct? Sounds like an interesting player.

Kähkönen has a pretty good net presence and is known to score some dirty goals, but otherwise he's a pretty mediocre player. Not a particularly fast player on skates, puck skills aren't that great and his shot isn't anything special. Does his job defensively and isn't afraid of making contact, but doesn't overpower opponents with sheer strength and isn't the biggest hitter. A type of player that needs to be in top shape to be good, this season he wasn't quite at that level.

Ok, thanks. Hopefully he can perform at his top level if he comes to Sweden.

Most likely not as in pre-season players have always dropped the gloves more easily. If you want to see more fights in regular season or even a fight the rules would need a major checkup.
