Positives:

Postma played solid. Got moved onto top pairing with Enstrom, looked real good.
Scheifele looked more comfortable and took some chances and attacked real well in the 3rd period moved between Ladd and Little. Hope to see more of that.

There are some interesting UFA defensemen available this summer. I'd love to see the Jets grab a veteran #4 or 5 defenseman. Unless they have already decided Redmond and Trouba represent enough hope for the near future.

I could take last years 9-8 game because of the win.

This was just down right pathetic. No step in their game at the start. They looked constantly on edge, which led to back to back to back....to back penalties that put the game away before the 1st was even over.

Shameful game. Some people will obviously says it's just one game...but the two previous ones were the prelude to tonights. They don't shape up for next game and show up, our season is done.

Go for MacKinnon or Drouin. The best way to keep the other team off the scoreboard is to carry the play to their end. We need a high powered forward, because this core isn't getting it done.

While it was a frustrating game, I can't really think of any particular plays that were all that terrible from any of the skaters (as opposed to goaltenders). Kane's bench minor was a very bad penalty to take, though.

Not impressed with Redmond taking penalties on the road, the first goal against us on his penalty killed us.
