AP New York – Last nights schedule in the HFNHL was a light one with only 5 games however 6 players had to leave due to injury which resulted in 7 players being ejected from their respective games. The most intriguing aspect was that the incidents were almost all defenceman vs. defenceman.
Representatives from the HFNHLPA, HFNHL, and the Supervisor of League Officiating are all meeting to review the incidents.
No one has yet come out to speak with the media and as such it is unknown at this time if suspensions and possible fines will be levied.
