Amazing to see how far Kenny Ryan has fallen since being drafted in the 2nd round in 2009. I am going to go with Kenny, because I do see potential in him to be a call up player. I highly doubt he stays in the NHL, but should appear in a few games in his career.

He never developed his offensive game... but he does have the capabilities to be an energy/defensive bottom line player in the NHL I'd say. He has shown some offensive skill at times, but nowhere near consistent. For example:

A bigger role with the Marlies this upcoming year should give us a better indication where he's at in his progression as a pro player. He reminds me a bit of Boyd Devereaux in terms of style.

He reminds me a bit of Ryan Hamilton. Hopefully he progresses a bit with a larger role with the Marlies. Haven't lost complete faith that he can't at least be a potential call up player for the 3rd line when one is required.

Was shocked Abbott was still up there. Will probably vote Gibson next. I personally feel Gibson has higher potential than Sparks, just may have a harder time reaching his potential.

I've watched the Marlies quite a bit and Abbott has never impressed me. He's not an amazing skater, he's very slight and plays on the perimeter. I don't know where people get the notion that he will be successful in the NHL, I hope I'm wrong but there's no one skill that is on a high enough level to make up for his frame.

We look at Frattin who's a 2nd/3rd line tweener and outproduced Abbott every year at the same point in there development, not to mention Frattin is 4 inches taller and 30 pounds heavier.
