Been following this pool, and tracking the picks, and from my own personal experience if you don't inform someone quickly, they leave, and don't come back for a while and you're either waiting for them to come back or they pay for their mistake by having the draft continue and they replace the pick when they come back. So I figured it's best to let him know ASAP before he leaves
