His buyout penalty isn't bad, but I have a hard time believing a guy scoring at a 40-50 point pace (basically all at ES) is a buyout candidate.

Garland is still a valueable player, if you are going to buy him out why not just retain salary ? If you retain 25 percent I think you can get an asset or decent pick. The only buyouts that would make sense is maybe OEL in two years.
