The NHL's least flashy superstar, Kopitar continues to excel in all the subtle areas of the game: He ranks second among forwards in defensive GVT and fifth in shootout performance (5-for-7). Additionally, he wins 55 percent of his faceoffs and plays 2:20 per game on the penalty kill, most among the NHL's top 30 forwards.

I really can't wait to see what he does at the international stage and shows the world exactly why he is considered to be among the top class of centers. I'm not expecting much from Slovenia in the Olympics, but I think Kopitar is going to shine in the tournament.

Hopefully they can pull off an upset like Belarus did when they beat Sweden in 2002.
