King/Queen of Hearts or Queen/King of Diamonds

What is your initial association with either the suit of hearts or diamonds OR with the king/queen card?

Ace of Spades is pretty obvious.
Jack of Clubs kind of seems to be a consensus too.
I always associated it with King of Hearts and Queen of Diamonds but I have seen the reverse suggested.
