Hayton way too low. Kid has been climbing all year and is playing his best hockey in the playoffs. Greyhound coach said he’s been their best overalll forward in the tough Owen Sound series. He will go 10 - 15.

Well aware that I’m lower on Hayton than just about everyone on these boards. He’s actually been moving up for me as is skating has improved. I just don’t see anything more than a 3C. His production is lower than I’d like to see given his linemates and his defensive game doesn’t seem to be as special as many claim it is. This draft is crazy deep and I have him falling outside the first.

I don’t rate him all that high for the same reasons I don’t rate Tkachuk all that high but both will go high for the same reason. Teams are hoping for the next good player to help their NHL team. Both of them (Tkachuk and Hayton) are safe bets to make the NHL. They might only top out at 2C/3C but both are going to be at absolute worst third liners.

Serron Noel will be picked up way before #60 - he's having a strong U18 tournament.

McBain should be listed in the 30s at worst.

Don't hate the pick as a Leaf's fan, but I'm not sure Woo has played well enough lately to warrant a first rounder, especially with concussion concerns.

No Foudy , No Dellandrea?
Sens glad to oblige on the first pick and very very unlikely to draft out of Russia... They'd be happy with Kaut.

Dellandrea was next on my board. He’s had a good finish to the year.
