we'll need a bus squad since we'll use all our taxi squad with players out with concussions.

The league's rules and clearly the Department of Player Safety is flawed. The Board of Governors should do more to push for some change, its a bad look for the league and sport to be as relaxed as it is on checks to the head.

Its very unfortunate that the league will only ever get serious on checks to the head after someone gets injured like Marc Savard. Being reactive and not proactive is backwards thinking when it comes to player safety.

Honestly the point here is Dube jumped both his feet were in the air. The fact that KK didn’t see him also with Dube jumping making the hit look and feel bad.

Totally unavoidable....watch how he accelerates a second before the hit then jumps into it on a guy a few inches taller than him with his forearm to the face....The league and reffing in it are soooooo bad.

I don't always agree with Walsh but he's right. The way the NHL has handled the Armia and KK hits are a joke, sends the complete wrong message.
There's too many old school hockey thinkers working at the Department of Player Safety and the league. How Gary Galley viewed the check I think reflects the out of touch mindset that is prevalent at the league office.

DoPS has essentially sent the message to Montreal that these hits are perfectly fine.

Ok, so lets roll with it. Let's start laying out hits to the head then. They say it's alright ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
