Over/Under on 100 goals the last 4 years of his deal? 2 years ago it looked like he wouldn't hit the over on that # over the last 6 years of the deal. Now I can see 100 done by the end of season 3.

I have a dream of the Sabres someday soon winning the cup.

Game 7, OT. Skinner gets a breakaway. Goes with the same goddamn move again- and this time it works.

The crowd erupts, and Skinner skates like Yakupov about the ice, but with more spinnies as he goes.

When he gets the cup, he cries, and from the very bottom of his soul, triumph in his voice, he screams: “f*** you Ralph Krueger!”

I'd love someone to interview Krueger. Get his reaction on 2023-24 Skinner.

"So Ralph, Skinny led the Sabres in +/- this past season. Any regrets on how you treated him?"

I am sure he would have smooth talked with his positive communication skills how he planted the seeds for Skinners success with his unorthodox approach.

He was already an afterthought before the Sabres signed him.
Nobody cares about Ralph Lasso
I think Kruger was left in just long enough so Skinner and every other player appreciated Donny.. Either way both Ralph Botts and Eichel are essential to keeping this group humble and loyal to each other by working their asses off..

I still hate his contract but I don’t like paying wingers.

I thought he was paid $1-1.5m too much per year at the time he signed it, and I think that’s still true, but it’s not an awful contract by any means. Especially considering that I think Skinner has been a big part of the positive vibe the team has been curating under Granato.
