Proposal: JDub at the deadline

Hoping the Canes make the playoffs, but on the case that they dont. JDub is a pending UFA. I am wondering what the price would be to send him back to Washington at the deadline as a rental?

Side note: I bought one of the new Capitals hoodies. The one with the red stripe on the shoulder. Its a new fabric and its great. I wanted another one and tried to buy the Carolina version. Black w. red stripe. The system crashed. I will have to try again today. I recommend that item. They are great.
