In the event St. Louis does not qualify for the 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Flames will receive St. Louis’ 4th round selection in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft and the first round pick will be deferred to the 2014 NHL Entry Draft."

Reto Berra's a 26 year old goaltender in the Swiss leagues (I think) with no real shot to ever make the NHL.

Was this seriously the best the Flames could do for a number one defensemen? There should be no question that Flames have the worst management in the league at the moment.
