Can't leaves James out of having his own thread. Have to say don't know much about him.

• Forward James Hamblin is another under-the-radar prospect who signed a 2-year minor league pact in 2020 after a splendid over-age season with Medicine Hat Tigers. A skilled offensive player, Hamblin is up to 5-5-10, +6 through 21 appearances. He was out there with game on the line Friday and delivered the goods: a primary assist followed by the massive game-tying tally in the 2-goal final minute. On Sunday the 22-year-old didn’t find the scoresheet but was noticeable all game, firing 6 shots on net to tie Lavoie for the team lead. Hard to tell how high may be his ceiling, but for now his established floor is already “good pro”.

He was also a part of that AAA team that had Benson and Skinner on it. Edmonton kid who has dominated whl and showing good so far in the AHL. Excited to watch his progression.

Could be a sneaky good signing. He plays hungry (which is how he got the AHL contract and NHL contract), can play up and down the lineup in the AHL. Arrows pointing up. 5'9" but has some good weight for his size. I could see him stealing a 4th line spot in camp next year

Saw him play a few times here in the Hat. He's a good, smart hockey player. If I remember right, he was team captain as well for a few seasons so he's got some leadership qualities as well.
