I'd say Perron not getting a penalty for grabbing Byfuglien's stick from the bench is an embarrassment to the league but St Laurent had to top that immediately after by allowing Marroon to hold Hellebuyck's glove for 5 seconds when he had a clear view to call the penalty and blow off the goal.

The fix was in the second the NHL assigned St Laurent to this game. He laughed a couple years ago when a Jet broke his collar bone, then threw Maurice out of the game. He should've been fired or at least never allowed to ref the Jets again.
