Canada Eh?
Hey guys,

I was just wondering how much the whole Justin Schultz affair still stings/bothers you? Terrible situation for you guys to lose a talented prospect (to the one of the worst teams in the league). I was on your side, and this is coming from a Preds fan.

I hope this thread doesn't get locked (he's not really a former Duck to go into the former Duck thread).

Meh it sucks because he's lived up to the billing so far and would look great in a Ducks uniform. Would have been awesome to have Schultz and Fowler roaming the blueline and manning our PP for years to come, but what can you do? I'm over it since staying mad isn't going to do anything. I think it stings less because we have played so well this year and the Oilers are heading toward another lottery pick. I hope a few Ducks knock him on his butt when we play Edmonton near the end of the season (although I'm not calling for his head or for an injury). I don't have any respect for the guy and hope he gets booed by our crowd.

Currently Anaheim has 10 more points than the Oilers in 1 fewer game played, Schultz is the one who looks like an idiot at the moment, Schultz has been on the ice for 14 ES goals against, and has only 1 ES point, right now he is a PP specialist until he becomes less "unlucky"

He didn`t went there for instant success. The Oilers should be good in few years.

Right now it doesn't sting at all because he has struggled in his first year as a pro and we're #2 in the league...

However, if we're still pissed that he pulled that crap... I hesitate to wish any ill on a person, but yep we're still pissed...

Hopefully one day he issues a heartfelt apology and the oilers are appropriately punished but we're enjoying our current situation more than they are i'm sure.

It stung a touch in the summer because he lied and disrespected the franchise, but now I can't care less. He's just another player.

If we wanted, we could just sign MA Bergeron and fill the void immediately. But we seem to be doing pretty well.

Karma's a ***** though. He will get his.

Shuck Fultz.

Zero respect for the unethical little cretin. I don't want him injured, I just want him to have a long, mediocre career where success completely eludes him.

Oilers still suck balls (weren't they projected to be above the Ducks? :D), Schultz will get the proper treatment once he enters Honda Center ice, hopefully, ****ing classless punk ass kid.

Someone needs to rock that punk ass *****.

Only thing that stings is we got ZERO assets for him. But there's poetic justice in how poorly the Oilers are doing.

Still hate him though, and I smile every time he gets hit. Not necessarily wishing injury upon him, but I won't be upset if it happens.
