P1 thoughts:

1. Tomasino looks great. Fast and confident. Leave him with the glass line please.

2. Gurianov and Cole smith ain’t it for the forsberg line. If parssinen is stuck at wing, I’d use him there.

3. But in that case, evangelista and Novak need one more decent skater.

4. Definitely seems to be a Forsberg-themed plan. Forsberg in space, forsberg cutting to the slot, etc.

5. Also a lot of stretch passes.

6. Defense looks sloppy. L’Heureax looks unready.

7. I have real misgivings about Schenn. It’s Fabbro for me.

not sure what yall see in Cody Glass

At no point in todays game has he demonstrated top 6 material

his game is so frustrating, all he does is miss the net, take low % shots and drive to the outside. He never dangles or cuts into the middle of the offensive zone … its like hes still playing in fear of being sent to milwaukee (which should probably happen)

We have a logjam at center and Id rather package him for a project scoring/ playmaking winger
