Two poops already today.

One before practice. One after practice.

I just don't understand how you can poop so frequently.

The average person produces an ounce of poop for every 12lbs (cursory google search citation). What are you, like 150? 160?

How are you producing so much volume? Do you eat pounds and pounds of food each day? It seems like @ 5x per day, maybe around 1lb per poop, you wouldn't be able to keep up a proper intake > release ratio.

Are the poops really small? I have so many biological questions teej. With proboiotics and fibre I'm usually hitting around 2x per day - I can't imagine 3 more trips per day. Especially if I still work in an office or public setting.

All my poops are quite large. I would imagine over one pound.

I eat an incredibly high volume of food in a day.

It's f***ing great. I also burn probably 1500 calories practicing yoga and another 500 walking.

How long do you spend doing yoga a day? I'm eighty pounds heavier than you and a 75 minute hot yoga is 500-600 calories according to my Fitbit.

Around 2.5 - 3 hours a day. And likely much more 'physically demanding' than a 75 minute 'hot yoga class.'
