He doesn't value goaltending but he has also shown to make not good decisions when it comes to goalies.

His decision to give Jarry a long term deal because "Sullivan spoke well of him" is the case in point with his goalie evaluation. I obviously like him more than you do, but even I don't feel comfortable with his decisions about goaltending.
