We'll have to wait and see what happens tomorrow, but my guess is if he ends up with the Islanders it's because they offered him more $$ and Gorton wouldn't budge on his offer. Would be a dagger for sure to watch him sign with NYI, but Gorton has given me no reason not to trust him thus far.
