Move Horton Up

I know that Nathan Horton fell down this chart because of his injuries, but he is top 5 on this list, certainly ahead of Zherdev. I would put Horton #5 and move Zherdev to #8 and everyone bumps down one. I also think Mike Richards would move up as well, probably into the top 15. I have always been a fan of Richards and I believe he is just scratching the surface of what he can do at the NHL level.
