Go see Annihilation, everybody. It’s v good.
It's sad how the new ghostbusters got so much press for being "feminist" then when an actually good movie with a female cast comes out no one hears about it. It's almost like it was just part of cynical corporate marketing..

But yeah very creepy and weird movie, feels like something made in the 80s.

Starting my journey on quitting caffeine again.

Should be over the withdrawals in a couple of days

Bro. Every year I go to all inclusive resort in Riviera Maya. I experience terrible caffeine head ache due to drinking 3 to 4 coffees a day back in the states and not doing so at the resorts. All black mind you . It's terrible. .

Those head aches are the worse thing ever.

But why? If you don't overdose it, caffeine is healthy
Part of going back into paleo diet.

I’m not a coffee guy, so getting the sugar / sugar substitute out of my diet is needed.

I’m changing up my work out routine, going back to focus on barbell training vs kettlebells and yoga.

Got back up into the 200s, so I want to cut back down to 180, 22lbs to drop.

I had to google these things as I don't have a diet, I eat what I want and how much I want. Probably not the best, I should work on that.
