How would you rank our prospects? (HF Style)

So every year when I look at our prospect ranks/scores or whatever on HF I get super disappointed. I am thinking we all do our own mock scores and once enough people have contributed, we could average it out and have a much better interpretation of how much potential our prospects actually have. Mostly I am just bored.

How good can they be?
10 - Generational Talent
9 - Elite Talent (#1 D)
8 - 1st Line Forward/#2 D/#1A G
7 - 2nd Line Foward/2nd pairing D/#1B G
6 - 3rd Line Forward/3rd pairing D/#2 G
5 - 4th Line Forward/#7 D/#3 G
4 - Above avg AHLer
3 - Average AHLer
2 - Below avg AHLer
1 - Suck

Probability of reaching that rating?
A - 100%
B - 75%, could drop by 1
C - 50%, could drop by 2
D - 25%, could drop by 3
F - <25%, could drop by 4

Youre pretty high on Hickey and Rafiko. The "B" ratings are pretty generous.

Yeah I loved what I saw from Hickey in Development Camp, he skates like the wind, and I've been really impressed with what he has done in college so far and think he will do well next year (without Eichel on his team).

Rafikov has a monster one timer and shot and looked really good in all zones in his matchups with our juniors and I'm stoked to see him at this year's development camp and also looking forward to finally seeing how far Jankowski has progressed with the prospects and seeing how he plays.

Way lower on Kulak then most around here as I saw him at the 2013 Development camp and he looked totally lost defensively, but I know lots of people on here really like him as do the Flames brass from what I've read and I'm hoping I'm wrong and he is way better than what I see. Someone who has changed my mind is Kanzig who I thought looked like a big pylon and now is starting to progress nicely with the Hitmen. Before his trade to the Hitmen I would have rated him a 6.5 D. If he improves his skating he might be a 7.0 B.

Before his concussion I would have had Ferland as 7.0 B and know I have him rated way higher than most people. I really hope his play picks up but you never know with concussions. Justin Morneau just got back to normal last year after suffering 2 bad years in baseball with the effects of it, so I'm wishing the best for Ferland as I think he has a big future on the Flames if he can get back to where he was before the concussion. Ferland absolutely dominated the young stars tournament and looked great in preseason games as well.

I also have Klimchuk lower and it's due to his history of injuries. If he can play a healthy season I'd upgrade him. I think Carroll is grossly underrated on these boards because he is an overaged player in juniors and also because of the round he was selected in. I've seen him in a couple of games this year and all he does is stand out from the rest. Flames stole that 7th rounder.

Anyways always fun to talk prospects and what everyone thinks of them.

They're both really impressive for their age, so I can see it. Hickey lacks no physical tools; he's fast (IIRC one of the fastest prospects the Flames have), agile, decent size, and good hockey sense.

Admittedly I know less about Rafikov, but given how heavily he has been utilized by the Russian national team and how well he's doing in the Russian AHL at the age of 19, it's hard not to think highly of him.

It was great to see Jankowski play even if it was just for a scrimmage. I think I'd move him up to 7.5 B now. He's made huge strides from when I saw him a couple of years ago. Way harder on the puck now.
