How Many 20 Goal Scorers?

How many 20 goal scorers we gonna have this year?
I think we could end up with 7 potentially:

Scheif 30
Wheeler 25
Little 24
Ehlers 23
Laine 22
Staff 20
Buff 20

I think the only question marks there are Staff and Buff IMO. Wildcard is Connor but Im sure he won't have the TOI like the others.

I think five for sure in Little, Scheif, Wheeler, Ehlers, and Laine. I think we could have as much as eight or nine though olif Stafford produces in a contract year, Buff and Perreault have a good year, and Connor surprises.

Voted 5, and agree with this. Stafford might hit 20 as well, but at some point, TOI/line and PP time becomes scarce.

Perreault would have hit 20 two years ago had he not been injured, last year was playing with less than average linemates for a majority of the season, this season i bet he will hit 20 goals. He mostly gets attention for his playmaking abilities, but lets not forget he can snipe the puck too. Who won the accuracy contest in the jets skills competition last year?

The amount of people not picking Little is interesting. When has he not scored at a 20+ goal pace in his career. Maybe once. Little is always a sure bet for 20-25 goals if healthy. Regardless of him playing likely on PP2. He will still play likely roughly 18 mins a night.

1 Injury changes everything. And Perreault rarely goes long without being injured. Further to that, Stafford won't hit 20 again. He will be lucky to see any PP time at all when we have a full lineup.

Its so nice to see the number of 20 goal scorers we could have and the options for them. Also seeing Laine, a rookie, scoring 20 goals is nice.

This thread reminds me of this poster, which I wish I still had:

4 rookie twenty goal scorers on one team, Winnipeg Jets 92-93. Selanne, Tkachuk, Zhamnov, Davydov.

Not likely to happen with this year's Jets. Laine and Connor have a good shot. After that, not too many rookies available... If Morrissey and Lemieux both make the team, and score twenty goals each, I will happily eat crow!
