The Management must think selling jerseys with sexy names on them (1st round picks) is more important then creating a winning environment.

1st round picks are not what make teams successful. In fact guaranteeing roster spots to 18 year old kids is what makes you unsuccessful. These guys all think they deserve to be here just because of who they are. They need a kick in the ass. From who? I dont know.
