According to his Basketball Reference page, he wasn't playing for the Rockets, nor was Adams playing for the Grizzlies

The site doesn't have either of them having played a game this season

Looks like this was purely a cap dump by the Rockets, as Adams has another year on his deal at 12 million, while Oladipo has a 9.5 million expiring contract
