I had a feeling that this would happen. Canes had not signed any RHD yet for Chicago since Keane took his Calder Cup talents to the KHL.

You, my friend, are a day late... Why else did he sign...How long before we kill him?
I mean there's only one way to find out.Honka honka burnin' love.
Is he any good? I still have no idea.
He is very offensive minded. Last season he was #2 point scorer for all defenders in Liiga although his plusminus was terrible (57 games, 6+31=37, - 23). JYP underperformed last season being 13th of 15th in the regular season.Honka honka burnin' love.

Wouldn't think so, it was pretty obvious that this was about to happen. Just last week Finnmedia raised him up as an unsigned (Liiga) player of interest. All signs pointed that they were just waiting to do the inking, for some reason.i wonder if the old representation was messing up the process
Looks to me like there might also be a 10+ Games Played bonus on top of these, maybe to the tune of 80k-105k.$750,000 at the NHL level in 2022-23 and $775,000 in 2023-24 and 2024-25 -- Honka will receive a signing bonus of $210,000.
yep, updated. no bonus info yet from the Canes or on Cap Friendly so we'll see when to add that.Looks to me like there might also be a 10+ Games Played bonus on top of these, maybe to the tune of 80k-105k.
The AAV in title can't be correct, it only accounts the 750k+775k+775k, and omits at least the signing bonus of 210k (3x70k?).
I’m not your father.Boom son.
Cool, but he ain’t no Morrow
You mean he's Cale MORRow?But what if he's better than Morrow?
But what if he's better than Morrow?
Still ain’t Morrow. But what if he's better than Morrow?
the Canes should sign his brother too--they would be the best pair of Honkas in the league...
