That gap seems a little wide.

HUGE gap with Vezina and Hainsworth is interesting.

Also, somewhat surprised that you weren't one of the other Irbe/Cam voters. Not that you're wrong, just surprising.

At the time, I really viewed Hainsworth as an Osgood-like figure. As you can see in the Round 2 balloting, I effectively moved him up to around #27 after hearing arguments defending him -- but never did put him in a top-4.

(FWIW, this is the first time I've looked at my original list since submitting it. I was judging each goalie round-by-round, rather than defending a master plan.)

In retrospect I might have included Irbe... saw a really strong argument in his favor after the project got started. If we ever proceed to a top-41+ list, I think he deserves a long look.

Ward, not so much at this point. I like him as a current goalie but in the all-time sense he's not quite at this level yet.
