I am interested to get opinions on how you feel this site will rate the Jets draft selections:

Patrik Laine 9.0 B
Logan Stanley 8.0 D
Luke Green 7.5 D
Jacob Cederholm 6.5 D
Jordan Stallard 6.5 D
Mikhail Berdin 7.0 D

Please fill it in as you see it. I would love to get a feel of what you all feel their true rating is.

As the main site is being shuttered tomorrow there wont be new rankings afaik.

We can certainly discuss what rankings they deserve tho.

I definitely was hoping to discuss what rankings they deserve and what their probability of success would be.

As Holden said, there's no reason we can't do that here in your thread. Might be a good idea to grab the current rankings from Hockey's Future for historical reasons too.

I am not sure what you meant by the second sentence. Here is the Jets current pool:

http://www.hockeysfuture.com/teams/winnipeg-jets/

And here is the criteria the site uses for its ratings:

http://www.hockeysfuture.com/playerprojections/

Nik Ehlers was the highest rated player I ever saw on there at 8.5

Essentially everything on Hockeys Research will always exist. I've posted this link several times in the past.

https://archive.org/web/

No website is ever gone. There's already 21 full snapshots of http://www.hockeysfuture.com/ archived & thousands more going back to the birth of the website. Here's what Hockey's Future looked like back in 1998.

https://web.archive.org/web/19981206205137/http://hockeysfuture.com/

NOTE: not every link will be archived. There were limits to the waybackmachine way back then;)

But you can apply for jobs within the company here!

The Wayback Machine is pretty cool. It's intended to preserve the history of the internet. "Heyyy!"

I know about the wayback machine: I was talking more about posting the rankings here in the thread so we have some context for our current / new prospects.

I posted the Winnipeg Jets link to their list.

...which won't exist tomorrow. The link won't get you anywhere when they shut down the main site.

Is 6.0 D as low as it goes? Seems kind of high for Ustaski and Lane...

Man, we don't have many guys in Junior. I guess Roslovic might switch over to the OHL next season, and we're adding Stanley, Green and Stallard. Lemieux and Nogier graduate to pro though...
