13-16 on the list are essentially already busted.

Chiasson still has the flame of hope alive and well.

How are Kesselring or Rodrigue busts?
I guess its possible Rodrigue still has a career.

Keselring in my opinion is still way too raw at age 22 to get anywhere. His skating is so awkward, and he's an offensive D-man that doesn't really produce any offence.

He's 21 and won't be 22 until January 13th. He's had basically 1/3 of a pro season under his belt. 21 is very young for a defenseman.

Kesselring at 21
Regular Season: 21gp. 1-2-3 (0.14ppg) -2 10pim. 24sog.
Playoffs: 6gp. 0-3-3 (0.5ppg) +2 2pim. 4sog.
Total: 27gp. 1-5-6 (0.22ppg) EV 12pim. 28sog.
Projected to 47gp.: 2-9-11 EV 21pim. 49sog.

Samorukov at 21
Regular Season: 47gp. 2-8-10 (0.21ppg) -5 24pim. 58sog.

I'm not saying that Kesselring is > Samorukov, but saying that he's a write off is very premature.
