I think Marino is eventually going to surprise us and be a lot higher on this list. Seems to have all the skills, just needs some size and better competition.

A major step down from LB .. expected him to at least be on par with Brossoit and help Condors get into the playoffs. .907 and 3.42GAA in the AHL is very unspectacular.

First season in AHL, an adjustment period is to be expected. Not to mention he only played 18 games, that's not much to get into a groove. Look at his numbers at every other level. .933 SVS% in the finnish elite league last year. Had real solid numbers with Swift Current in the WHL in his 2 years there too (.922 & .914). We're down to the number #17 prospect here so it's not like any of these guys are expected to be more than fringe NHLers at best. I don't see why Eetu couldn't get games as a backup goalie in the NHL at some point.

Btw, Brossoit played 10 games in the AHL coming out of juniors and had .824 in 2 games for Abbotsford and .888 in 8 games for Oklahoma. It's pretty normal to struggle with that transition. Eetu actually had better numbers than Brossoit in 12/13 when they were both playing in the WHL.

Climbing on the Musil bandwagon.

We're scraping the bottom of the barrel and still no love for Moroz. Yeah, that 32nd-overall worked out well for us.
