For the St. Louis Blues:

1. CBC “Hockey Night In Canada†/ NHL on NBC Deal
Criteria: Team must finish the regular season with an average attendance of 90% capacity.
Revenue: $3,000,000
Bonus: $500,000 (If team averages 95% capacity)

Achieved, but attendance of 94.17% indicates some poor ticket price management to miss out on the bonus by such a small margin.

2. KOHO
Criteria: Team must make the playoffs and have home ice advantage in 1st round.
Revenue: $2,500,000

I believe that the date for Mountain Dew award should read September 30th 2014? Last years endorsements read 2013 here is link http://hfboards.mandatory.com/showthread.php?t=1534763&highlight=endorsements

I believe that the rule is supposed to be 21 at the start of the season which would mean that Hurricanes Blues Predators and Islanders should be credited with money for their players listed. Can somebody clarify this for sure?
