Insurance. If any of your two starters gets injured then the only adds available are backups who might not get in any games during the week. You don't want to lose all the goaltending matchups because your other starter only gets in one game or because the guy you picked up as a replacement sucks. You should be fine with your two though if there aren't any injuries. Only issue might be if Anderson gets the starting job stolen.
