Just rotate Michalek and Havlat in and out of the roster when one is on a cold streak. They can share the same jersey and just use a velcro nameplate.

No harm in a PTO but its not official yet so whatever.
Havlat's agent is Allan Walsh, who is a prolific user of social media and notorious for schmoozing the media. If there is anything floating around out there rumour wise about any of Walsh's clients, you can bet that Walsh himself leaked it. He's the one who would have started this rumour in order to get some chatter going about his client...
Senators assistant general manager Pierre Dorion said Wednesday that general manager Bryan Murray and Allan Walsh, Havlat’s agent, have exchanged phone calls about the possibility of a no-strings-attached tryout in September.

He has no place on this team. I wish that wasn't the case, but it is.
Lazar might start in Bingo.Exactly, unless you take off Lazar from the third line, but no way its gonna happen!

He would have played there last season if it were an option.
I thought Lazar got a house in Ottawa this summer. And players are usually advised by the team whether or not to buy in the area.
I think he's still at the Phillips's home.

Packing up stuff for my new house and found this "custom" hockey card, I guess playing for the Sens was meant to be!
Maybe he was packing stuff from home to move it into Phillip's basement, but I get the impression that he got a pad of his own.
I didnt watch the NHL or have much knowledge of havlat till he left ottawa and became super injury prone. I have a pretty negative perception of the player he currently is. Saying that maybe he could do the same thing bertuzzi did. Bert had a real positive impact on Binghamton
Havlat was super injury prone before he ever left Ottawa. But while here, he was a highlight reel waiting to happen. Think Hoffman with better hands and hockey sense, but not as good of a shot (he dangled for many his goals).
The guy was good for a breakaway every game but stuck behind Hossa and Alfredsson on the RW, he got 3rd line mins.
I think it was in B.C.I don't believe the house he bought was in Ottawa.
Had to read this twiceSo you're saying that Havlat is all Walshed up.
No kidding! I don't know if he ever had a one timer in his tenure here! Dangles and wrist shots!
Oh that groin lol.
come to think of it, he was a bit like a really speedy Bobby Ryan that would occasionally kick people.
Good times.
