He had 9 goals and 10 points last year. He's going to have to have a hell of a 4th liner season to get anywhere near pricing himself out, and we're going to have ~$8M to re-sign him, Dewar and Addison next summer. That's ~$3M for Addison and ~$2.5M for each of Duhaime and Dewar if need be.

Either way, if he does leave he'll be replaced directly, not by moving Foligno down to the 4th line.
If he has another Cy Young type of season then you can guarantee he tries to move on, that just means he's not a good fit with his linemates. He has been open to the media about wanting to advance his offensive game at this level. If he feels he is being held back, I don't see why he wouldn't just end up like Sturm and seek a significant raise and opportunity elsewhere.

Having said that, it is on him to take the next steps at a later age than most, but his shot generation last season did show some great signs, and he is on a 4 year streak of advancing his shooting levels, if you consider the differences between AHL and NHL. 20 goals+ is not out of the question if things go right for him and he forces more opportunities.
