Ugh, he's 34 today. No spring chicken, but...

31-16-4 .924 2.28 not too shabby

It seems like just yesterday he was this 23 year old kid from Sweden that burst onto the scene and made everyone forget about Mike Dunham and Guy Hebert.

"Better to be King for a day than schmuck for a lifetime......"

I turn 42 soon, I still feel like I'm playing my best hockey ever. Treating your body well in your 20's really pays off in your 30's/ 40's
Happy Birthday Henke !!

His age is getting up there but he has shown little to no signs of slowing down.

Brodeur and Hasek each started to decline around 37-38, hopefully he is able to keep up this level for many more seasons.

34 is not young, but he's far from dead too.

Patrick Roy, Martin Brodeur , and Hasek all had great years into their late 30's, and at 36 Luongo is still very good. I say he has 3 great years left in the tank, and more good ones beyond that if he stays healthy and in shape.

The only thing I have in common with Henrik Lundqvist is that at the same age, we both still have a beautiful full head of hair. I'll take it.

Happy birthday Hank. Best goalie to ever lace up the skates for our team! Future HOF player for sure. My favorite player of all time.

Now all we need to do is get him a cup, I know Hank can still carry us through one more run. He's got the fire inside of him to do it. Can the rest of our team carry their own load through 16 wins is the real question.

Man, it seems like just yesterday he was a rookie beating out Kevin Weekes and taking off.

Seems like yesterday that JD was mentioning on the air for fans to "keep an eye out for this Swedish kid Lundqvist that's dominating in Sweden." Goodness, time flies.

Really is ****ing crazy how time flies. I was 11 when he debuted. Hank is the Rangers to me. I'm gonna cry if he goes cup-less.
