This game against Germany will be make-or-break for Denmark. If they loose to Germany i don't think they have the confidence to threathen Latvia or Norway.

I'm not against Germany, but if Danes lose now, it will be difficult to get those 4-6 points needed to prevail over Italy, under condition that Italians don't get any more points. Denmark could get 3 points now, and 1 point in OT against Latvia or Norway after this game, but if they lose now, it might be it.

Latvia shouldn't wish that Germany wins it... Ws against Norway & Denmark with a lucky point against the Czechs and Germany could get the #4 place.

Do you seriously think that Italy will get anymore points in this tournament? I dont. What Denmark need is 2 points in the last 3 matches.
It is a tall order but we can do it.

It begins today with a win against Germany. Then we will be in the hunt for the quarterfinals

And I don't want to face desperate Danes in our last scheduled game.

Btw. I think these games like GER-DEN, LAT-NOR etc. really show how good the new format is. There is so much tense in so many tight games! I don't remember that from previous years. You have something to lose/gain in every game, at least that's my feeling.

After Germany choked against Latvia, i really doubt the QF. But i am pretty sure that either Norway or Denmark - if not both - will have a hard time winning against us.
