Looks like Martin Erat will play with Plekanec and Michálek according to hokej.cz.

Also Krejčík is in too.

It`d be hilarious if they failed tho, well atleast for me and other Latvian fans

really? it would only show how terrible Latvia is - beaten by the team that failed against Italy? ;)

Decent play by those two guys on that goal. Bad defensive play by the Italians though.

Sleepy ass game.

I said it yesterday in the Latvia game thread - our forwards look like having almost no chemistry and it makes our play unbearable to watch sometimes....

On the other hand in the last few minutes, when we get a little space, it's quite fun to watch. But I doubt russian defense will allow that on Sunday...

Edit - And Nedved looks like wearing normal shoes instead of skates, keeps falling all the time

Would be nice to score a PP goal... This is prime time to take advantage of the opportunities to practice setting up a few plays for future chemistry... :shakehead

And the puck going off of Nedved's foot isn't what im talking about....

Not likely :D

The final day of judgement for us is getting closer and closer. We all hope the "danish backhand of judgement" starts to find the net more (Frans Nielsen, as the Islanders call him). "A flute with no holes is no flute. A Dane without holes is Frans Nielsen" from Lighthouse hockey
Sadly the rest of the "danish" have been doughnuts so far.

This game the czech will win again without impressing (unless they Italians gets totally outplayed in the last 2 periods)......but they still win the matches they must.
