Im out of predicting business when it comes to Finland. My unluckines in betting is one of the mightiest powers ever existed the world with Thor's lightning, i could've made USA lost to France if I just made a bet.

Very hard one to guess. Either 6-0 or OT/SO win for Finland, but we wont lose.

2-0 Finland with an empty netter in last period. Finland dominates the game but can't score and Belarus has some good scoring chances. Goals by Kontiola and Koivu.

I know this will happen.

Even before the game has yet started, we already know that the referee will be a moron :D

BLR will lead 2-1 going into third, Finland nets the tying goal in the waning minutes on their 8th PP opportunity in the 3rd and wins in the SO 3-2.

Will there be any streams with decent quality? For the first time in my life i'll have to watch our WC games on (bad quality?) streams :/

We win 4-1 tonight :)

As your Queen worshipping Canadians would say, this will probably be quite a sticky wicket. We will probably create lots of chances but will finish inefficiently while Belarus might just use one of their first few opportunities to score, and then we'll really would have to work hugely for a win. That's how these opening games often go, but hopefully we will utilize our chances early on and force them out of their tight trap game. Anyway, I'm somehow quite trusting this team in the round robin: I think they'll be maybe not that flashy but very solid.

I'm trusting in Finland's routine victory, but the numbers don't have to be 12-1. Just that the job gets done. 4-1 for finns.

Not even close if you check out lippupiste.fi. Though not catastrophic.
Cheap tickets are sold out and lots of plus 150-196€ tickets left for lower bowl.

That's understandable anyway, horrible ticket prices.

edit. actually it's pretty close to sold out, there is probably 500-1000 tickets left

Can't you watch it on MTV3 AVA for free? You can mute it if you don't wanna listen to Saukkonen and it should be watchable and with good quality (better than watching a stream at least).
