It's already clinched (excepting the fore-mentioned scenario where they end up in 4th ) - they only have to be better than 2 3rd place teams, and Ukraine and Finland are already locked in with negative goal differentials.

Pretty much this, but I have some faith we'll get our acted together and pull off the win in the end. Defensively though we've looked very shaky and Isak/Forsberg can absolutely take advantage of us.

A Swedish guy saying Poland are way better than Sweden sounds like a classic counter-jinx to me. I think it's quite obvious Sweden are the more effective team and talent-wise Poland are no better than Sweden other than Lewandowski who obviously can't be matched - but who can also be neutralized when playing on a meh team like Poland.
