Yes. However, if it missed the goalie and went right to another teammate it should be blown dead as played off a high stick, though if it isn't blown dead and the guy scores, the goal stands.

The mesh doesn't go above the crossbar so if you are doing a measurement as to whether the puck is above the crossbar....it wouldn't be above.
