Got my first hat trick

It only took me til the last game of my 1st beer league season to have my first multi-goal game. 3 goals in a 12-6 blowout. 1st goal I poked the puck into the net when I stabbed the goalies glove when he was trying to cover it. 2nd goal I took a pass in the slot and put it past the glove. 3rd goal was an easy tap in off a good pass at the far right post.

This just shows its never to late to pick up the sport. I end the season with 9 goals and 3 assists. I dont think its to bad for a newb.

Congrats! I remember my first season on the ice about 6 years ago (also a beer league). Not sure if I scored a hat trick that season, but I have been hooked since. Now I play on 2 teams and at one time I was up to 4.
