You know, i like the new lines, but i think we were pretty good, 5-on-5, prior to the change. Also, I think the boys are starting to react more instinctively/fluently to Roy's system. They are more active on the power play, are forechecking faster, and having better gap control and coverage, in our own end.

Most significant area of concern is the PK. Maybe need to figure that out?
For as well as they play at 5 on 5 since Roy took over, they just don't score enough. It's the same old story. Not enough finishers on the team.

It can work. Sort of, WPG has 6 more goals than the Isles, but given up 60 less. Yikes!

Dallas is good.

If only the boys could play like this against the teams that are, like, less good.

It looks like Roy could get something done with this group if he had had more time.
