Betting on Ducks as underdogs seems like a good bet.

However, the betting line is also made considering people's bets, not just which is the better team. For example, if lots of people like betting on Pittsburg, then the betting line will adjust to that. The gambling company makes money either way, but they really don't want lopsided betting (everyone bets on one side) so they have to change odds to discourage/encourage people to bet. Equal amount of people on either side is their goal I believe.
